Partnering with the physicians at Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists allows our audiologists to coordinate care with board certified Otolaryngologists. We offer patients a truly advanced center of excellence for hearing health in Greater Houston.

Sarah M. Babin, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Babin was born and raised in LaPlace, Louisiana. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Speech Language Pathology and a Doctor of Audiology degree from Louisiana Tech University. She is certified through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Babin enjoys playing soccer with the Houston Women’s Soccer Association and visiting her family in LaPlace.  She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2015.

Carolyn Bagchi, Au.D., CCC/A, F/AAA, CH-AP

Dr. Bagchi graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2012 with a Doctorate in Audiology, after earning her B.A. in Communications from Texas A&M University in 2007. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She is a native Houstonian, married and enjoys being outdoors. Dr Bagchi began at Rosewood ENT in 2012 before joining Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2017.


Hillary H. Brink, M.A., CCC/A, CH-AP

Hillary received her Bachelor and Master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston near her hometown of Monroe.  She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Hillary enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and reading.  Hillary has been with Hearing Specialists of Texas since 2008.


Kody R. Brooks, Au.D., CCC/A, F/AAA, CH-AP

Dr. Brooks received his Doctor of Audiology degree from Lamar University in his hometown of Beaumont, Texas. He is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.  Dr Brooks is married with a two children and comes from a musical family.  He enjoys singing and playing various instruments in his church band.  Dr Brooks supports the non-profit "Serve Houston" and has been with Hearing Specialist of Texas since 2007.


Alexa Byrd, Au.D.

Dr. Byrd studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Mississippi. She earned her Doctor of Audiology at the University of Southern Mississippi.  Dr. Byrd enjoys traveling and spending time cheering on her Ole Miss Rebels!  Dr. Byrd joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2016.


Tracey L. Castillo, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Castillo received her Doctorate from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas near her hometown of Nederland, TX. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Castillo enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Zuko. She is an avid bowler and loves to coupon. She joined Hearing Specialist of Texas in 2014.


Kelly Cormier, Au.D., C/AAA, F/AAA, CH-AP

Dr. Cormier earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned her Doctorate of Audiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Cormier enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling. She loves any sporting event, especially if University of Louisiana at Lafayette is playing.


Kathryn Crane, Au.D., CCC/A, F/AAA, CH-AP

Dr. Crane earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from The University of Texas at Austin and earned her Doctorate of Audiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Crane enjoys traveling on the weekends and spending time with her family.


Martine Fenstermacher, AU.D., CCC/A

Dr. Fenstermacher earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University and earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology though the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Fenstermacher joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2017.


Cali Gunning, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Gunning was born and raised in Katy, Texas. After attending Texas State University in San Marcos she received her Doctor of Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. She is certified through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Gunning is an avid reader, loves cooking, and spending time with her two beautiful dogs.  She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2015.


Tyra S. Joseph, M.C.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Tyra graduated from Xavier University New Orleans and received her Master’s of Communication degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center also in her home town of New Orleans, Louisiana.  Tyra is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is involved in the Impact Church of the Woodlands Youth Group and married with two daughters.


Alana Kennedy, Au.D.

Dr. Kennedy received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minot State University and earned her Doctorate of Audiology at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and cycling. Dr. Kennedy joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2016.


Karlee Maerten, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Maerten studied Communicative Disorders and Sciences in her home town at the University at Buffalo.  She earned her Doctor of Audiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville.  Dr. Maerten is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and 2 dogs.  She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2015.

Misty N. Martin, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Martin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders at Louisiana State University and earned her Doctorate of Audiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA.  Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, costume making, baking, playing beach volleyball, and cheering for her LSU Tigers.  Formerly she was the Director of Audiology with Rosewood ENT and joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in January 2017.


Lauren Martin-Bissegger, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Martin-Bissegger was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from The University of Missouri and earned her Doctoral degree of Audiology at Missouri State University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology. Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and Labrador. She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2016.


Candice B. Odom, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Odom completed a Master’s degree in Deaf Education and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.  Dr. Odom received her Doctor of Audiology degree at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona.  She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Dr Odom serves as co-director of the Deaf Ministry Program where she is a sign-language interpreter.  Dr Odom has been with Hearing Specialists of Texas since 2002.


Keely P. Offutt, Au.D., F/AAA, CH-AP

Dr. Offutt obtained her Bachelor of Health Science degree at The University of Missouri, her Master of Arts degree in Audiology at The University of Iowa, and her Doctor of Audiology degree at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Offutt is married and enjoys traveling with her husband, as well as spending quality time with her friends and family. She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2016.


Ann Oommen, Au.D., CCC/A, F/AAA

Dr. Oommen attended the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in Mysore, India and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.  She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Originally from Kerala, India, Dr. Oommen is married and has three children.  She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2013.


Laura L. Ritchie, M.S., CCC/A | Audiologist | Houston TXLaura L. Ritchie, M.S., CCC/A

Laura attended The University of Texas in her home town of Austin, Texas and received her Master’s degree from The University of Texas Center for Communication Disorders in Dallas. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Laura is married with two daughters and enjoys volunteering at The Children's Fund and Family Point Resources. She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2011.


Geri L. Rosendahl, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Rosendahl grew up in Houston.  She attended Harding University, Texas Woman's University, University of Memphis and received her doctorate from Salus University in Elkins Park.  She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.   Dr Rosendahl resided and practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma for more than 20 years before joining Hearing Specialist of Texas in 2008.


Ashley Schilling, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Schilling completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at Louisiana State University and her Doctorate at the University of Florida. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves SEC football and cheering for her LSU Tigers!


Jenna Smith, Au.D.

Dr. Smith earned her B.A. in Communications Sciences and Disorders and Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her dog Millie.  She loves to watch sports, especially college football.


Mary Beth Turner, Au.D., CCC/A, F/AAA

Dr. Turner grew up in Gulfport, Mississippi. She studied Communication Disorders at Auburn University and earned her Doctor of Audiology from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Having a hearing loss herself, Dr. Turner understands the needs of hearing impaired individuals in a unique way. On the weekends she enjoys cooking new recipes, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Turner joined TENTS in 2015.


Cami L. Wade, Au.D., F/AAA

Dr. Wade attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas only nine miles from her hometown of Nederland, Texas. She completed her Doctor of Audiology Degree at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Dr. Wade is married with one daughter and enjoys reading and camping. She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2004.


Julie K. Wheeler, Au.D., CCC/A, CH-AP

Dr. Wheeler attended Nazareth College of Rochester and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Dr. Wheeler is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.  Dr. Wheeler grew up and currently resides in The Woodlands.  She is married and has one daughter and enjoys spending time with her black lab, reading, gardening and hiking.  She joined Hearing Specialists of Texas in 2011


 

 

Kelly Cormier, Au.D., F/AAA
